Telefonica Brasil (VIV) has released an update.
Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced in its latest Board of Directors’ meeting that it will be declaring Interest on Capital (IoC) based on the balance sheet of May 31st, 2024, amounting to a gross total of R$ 175 million. Shareholders registered by June 26th, 2024, will be eligible for the IoC, which is set to be paid out by April 30th, 2025. This move aligns with the company’s commitment to providing shareholder value and will be included in the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024.
