Telefonica Brasil (VIV) has released an update.
Telefonica Brasil S.A. has announced in their Fiscal Council’s meeting that they will be declaring Interest on Capital (IoC) based on their May 31st, 2024 balance sheet. The gross IoC amount is set at R$175,000,000.00, which will be credited to shareholders based on their holdings as of June 26th, 2024, and paid out by April 30th, 2025. This IoC will also be counted towards the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024.
