Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced a revision of the Interest on Capital amount per share due to the Share Buyback Program, with a slight increase in the gross amount per share payable to shareholders. The revised value will be based on the shareholding position at the end of August 26, 2024, with the payment to be made by April 30, 2025. This adjustment reflects the company’s commitment to shareholder returns amidst its ongoing share buyback efforts.
