The deal enhances Telefônica Brasil’s digital transformation capabilities by adding IPNET’s expertise in software resale and professional services, and a robust client base of over 1,400. This strategic move aims to bolster Telefônica Brasil’s B2B segment offerings and accelerate its growth in innovative digital solutions.
