Telecom Plus PLC has announced the issuance of share options to its executive directors under the company’s incentive plan, with a vesting period of two years followed by a two-year holding period. The grants, part of the 2024 awards, are based on the average mid-market share price for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. Notably, the transactions occurred off-market and involve key executive personnel including Co-CEOs Andrew Lindsay and Stuart Burnett, as well as CFO Nick Schoenfeld.
