Telecom Plus PLC has declared that their total number of ordinary shares amounts to 79,021,423, a figure excluding the 1,132,705 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total voting rights number as a benchmark for reporting their shareholding changes as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Additionally, the company has specified that the Telecom Plus PLC JSOP Share Trust holds 252,638 shares with waived voting rights, which are accounted for in the total voting rights.
