Telecom Digital Holdings Ltd has issued a profit warning, forecasting a significant drop in profit to no less than HK$22 million for the six months ending September 2024, compared to approximately HK$58.1 million in the same period last year. The decline is attributed to the absence of property disposal gains and a decrease in gross profit due to challenging market conditions, despite a reduction in operating expenses and finance costs. Investors are advised to exercise caution as the interim results are still being finalized.
