Telecom Digital Holdings Ltd has adjusted its annual cap for transactions with Sun Asia Group, due to an additional property leasing transaction exceeding the previously set limit. The company has also entered into a Surrender Agreement to terminate a car parking space lease, involving connected transactions with its majority shareholder’s entities. These adjustments and agreements fall within regulatory announcement and review requirements but are exempt from needing a shareholder vote.
