Telecom Argentina S.A. has announced that a favorable court decision was upheld by Chamber II of the Federal Court of Appeals on Administrative Litigation Matters. The ruling confirms the nullification of Decree 690/2020 and ENACOM Resolutions N° 1466/2020 and 1467/2020, supporting the company’s position against the appeals of the Executive Power and ENACOM. This development is a significant legal victory for Telecom Argentina, as previously reported to the public on November 17, 2023.
