Tekmar Group plc, an offshore energy technology and services provider, has announced the issuance of 1,197,353 new ordinary shares due to the exercise of options by top management. Following this, the total voting rights in the company have increased to 137,269,979 ordinary shares. These shares will be traded on AIM and will rank equally with the existing shares.
