Teck Resources Launches Multi-billion Cash Tender Offers

Teck Resources (TSE:TECK.B) has released an update.

Teck Resources Limited has initiated cash tender offers to purchase up to $1.25 billion of its outstanding notes, with the offers expiring on July 15, 2024. Noteholders will receive a Total Consideration for each $1,000 principal amount in cash on the settlement dates, along with an additional cash payment for accrued and unpaid interest. The offers are subject to certain conditions, and Teck may waive any conditions or alter the offers as necessary.
