Technology Minerals PLC, a company dedicated to establishing a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces the conversion of £50,000 in Convertible Bonds into 31,328,320 ordinary shares by Atlas Capital Markets. This conversion is part of a larger £5.5 million financing facility, with £2.5 million drawn to date. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, increasing the total issued shares to 1,705,235,859 and impacting shareholder voting rights.
