Technology Minerals Issues New Shares

Technology Minerals PLC (GB:TM1) has released an update.

Technology Minerals PLC, the UK’s pioneer in a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, has announced the issue of new Ordinary shares following a conversion notice from Atlas Capital Markets LLC. The issuance of over 25 million shares at a conversion price of 0.349961 pence each will lead to an increase in the company’s total number of voting rights to 1,609,723,545 upon their expected admission to the London Stock Exchange on June 17, 2024.
