Techgen Metals Ltd. (AU:TG1) has released an update.
TechGen Metals Limited has announced a change in the indirect interest holdings of Director Ashley Hood, with a disposal of 2,666,667 unlisted options, exercisable at $0.30, on or before April 7, 2024. Despite this disposal, Hood maintains indirect holdings of over 3 million fully paid ordinary shares and various classes of performance rights within the company. The change, which took place on April 7, 2024, was reported to the ASX in accordance with listing rule 3.19A.2 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
