Teaminvest Private Group Ltd has issued a notice indicating a significant change in the holdings of director Howard Harry Coleman, who has increased his stake through both direct acquisitions and on-market trades involving entities he controls. Coleman’s total holdings in the company now include 225,574 shares held directly, and an additional 240,253; 3,633,838; and 236,599 shares held indirectly through Colfam Super Fund, Colfam Trust, and Natmich, respectively. This move reflects a heightened interest and perhaps a bolstered belief in the company’s prospects by one of its directors.
