Teaminvest Private Group Ltd has disclosed a change in director Malcolm Murray Jones’ interest, involving an off-market transfer of 12,610 shares from his direct holding to his indirect holding in the Relm Superannuation Fund. The transaction, valued at $17,654, has been reported under the listing rule 3.19A.2 and the Corporations Act. Following the transfer, Jones’ direct ownership decreased while his interest in the superannuation fund increased.
