TE Connectivity plc has expanded its Board of Directors to 12 members with the appointment of Sam Eldessouky on October 4, 2024. Eldessouky, currently the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Bausch + Lomb Corporation, brings extensive experience in financial leadership and accounting to the board.
