TDb Split (TSE:XTD) has released an update.
TDb Split Corp. announced a monthly distribution of $0.04375 per Priority Equity share, totaling $0.525 annually, to be paid on July 10, 2024, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2024. The distribution contributes to a combined total payout of $16.77 per share since the company’s inception, exclusive to Priority Equity shareholders. Class A shareholders will not receive a June distribution due to NAV constraints set forth in the Prospectus.
