TD Bank Releases New Series of Covered Bonds

Toronto Dominion Bank (TD) has released an update.

Toronto-Dominion Bank has announced the issuance of EUR 200 million in Series CBL70-2 Floating Rate Covered Bonds, which will be consolidated with the previously issued Tranche 1 bonds under its CAD $80 billion Global Legislative Covered Bond Program. These bonds, due in 2026, are backed by a legislative guarantor and the final terms can be reviewed in conjunction with the program’s prospectus.
