Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.
TD Bank Group is set to redeem all its outstanding Series 3 Preferred Shares on July 31, 2024, for a total of $500 million. Shareholders of record on July 10 will receive the final dividend payment in conjunction with the redemption. Following this date, Series 3 Shares will no longer accrue dividends, and shareholders will only be entitled to the redemption payment.
