TD Bank Expands AT1 Notes Offering

Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.

Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) has announced a S$60 million second tranche of its AT1 Perpetual Notes, under the same terms as the initial issue, with an expected closing date of July 10, 2024. This offering, managed jointly by OCBC and TD Securities, will not be available in the United States or to U.S. persons, adhering to the Securities Act regulations. TD Bank Group, a major North American financial entity, boasts 27.5 million customers and CDN$1.97 trillion in assets as of April 2024.
