Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.
Toronto-Dominion Bank has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.02 per common share, payable July 31, 2024, to shareholders on record by July 10. Shareholders have the option to reinvest dividends into additional common shares through the Bank’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan without a discount this time. Dividends on various series of the Bank’s preferred shares were also announced, with payments commencing on the same date.
