Tc Energy Corporation (TSE:TRP) has released an update.
TC Energy Corporation has announced a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per common share, with payment due on July 31, 2024, for shareholders on record by June 28, 2024. Dividends for various series of Cumulative First Preferred Shares have also been declared, payable on different dates to shareholders on record close to each payment date. The dividends are eligible for an enhanced tax credit for Canadian residents, and shares purchased through the company’s DRP will be acquired at the average market price.
