TC BioPharm (Holdings) Plc has rescheduled its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for July 24, 2024, due to an initial lack of quorum as per Nasdaq rules, although the Company is no longer considered a U.S. Domestic Registrant and now follows its Articles of Association for quorum requirements. Shareholders are urged to vote on key resolutions by proxy since the AGM will be held in person without online voting, with results to be declared on the Company’s website post-meeting. The Company’s board recommends voting in favor of the proposed resolutions, which are detailed in the Notice of AGM.
