TC Bancshares (TCBC) just unveiled an announcement.
TC Bancshares, Inc. has announced its plans to voluntarily delist its common stock from the Nasdaq and deregister with the SEC. Trading on Nasdaq is expected to end around August 1, 2024, with shares moving to the OTCQX Best Market the following day under the same ticker. The company also plans to cease its SEC reporting obligations. They assure that the transition should not disrupt the trading of its shares.
