TBC Bank Group PLC has set the Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate at 3.5775 for its interim dividend payments, based on the National Bank of Georgia’s five-day average. Additionally, the scrip dividend scheme offers a reference share price of 25.26 GBP for participants, calculated from the London Stock Exchange’s recent data. Shareholders interested in the scrip dividend scheme should complete their election via CREST by 21 October 2024.
