Tate & Lyle (GB:TATE) has released an update.
Tate & Lyle PLC has announced its issued share capital, comprising 401,710,259 ordinary shares, out of which 6,016,577 are held in treasury and thus do not have voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the company is confirmed to be 395,693,682. Shareholders may use this figure as a reference for declaring changes in their stake in the company.
