Tasman Resources Ltd has announced a significant change in the holdings of Director Mr. Gregory Howard Solomon, who has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company. Solomon acquired an additional 501,495 direct ordinary shares and 30,363,154 indirect ordinary shares through the Tasman Resources Ltd Rights Offer, with the transactions amounting to a consideration of $123,459. Following these acquisitions, his total direct and indirect holdings have risen to 2,607,841 and 157,892,724 ordinary shares, respectively.
