Plexure Group Limited (AU:TSK) has released an update.
TASK Group Holdings Limited is set to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation after the Supreme Court of New South Wales approved the acquisition scheme. Shareholders of TASK will receive their entitled Scheme Consideration on 19 July 2024, following the Scheme’s expected legal effectuation on 10 July 2024, which will also mark the suspension of TASK’s shares from ASX trading. The takeover aligns with TASK’s mission to deliver comprehensive technology solutions to its hospitality clients through its cloud-based platform.
