Tartana Minerals Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Kiara Wang as a new director, who is also a lender to the company with a proposed convertible note issue pending shareholder approval. Ms. Wang, an emerging leader with a background in law and competitive athletics, is not considered independent as she represents the interests of a significant shareholder, Ms. Jing Sun. The company acknowledges the potential future replacement of Ms. Wang by her spouse, Mr. Wang, who has a diverse entrepreneurial and investment background.
