Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX: TAT) has announced plans to acquire Queensland Strategic Metals Pty Ltd, expanding its portfolio with projects that include prospects for copper, tin, tungsten, antimony, silver, and gold. This acquisition aligns with Tartana’s strategy to enhance its resource base and exposure to critical metals. The deal, however, remains subject to formal documentation and shareholder approval.
