Target Hospitality Delays Annual Report Filing

Story Highlights
Target Hospitality Delays Annual Report Filing

Target Hospitality ( (TH) ) has released a notification of late filing.

Target Hospitality Corp. has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The delay is primarily due to the termination of the Pecos Children’s Center services agreement by the U.S. government, which has diverted resources from the company’s usual reporting processes. Target Hospitality expects to file the delayed report within the 15-day extension period allowed by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The company does not anticipate any significant changes in its financial results from the previous fiscal year. Target Hospitality is working diligently to ensure compliance and has authorized the notification with the signature of Jason P. Vlacich, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer.
