Targa Exploration Corp. has successfully completed the initial phase of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$917,500. This first tranche saw the issuance of over 6.5 million units, including HD Units at $0.10 each and CFT Units at $0.175 each, with the latter offering tax advantages. The funds are earmarked for the exploration of Targa’s Opinaca gold-lithium project and general working capital, with further investment anticipated through a final tranche by April 10, 2024.
