Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has successfully addressed its CDN$5.5 million debt by issuing shares and warrants, which has resulted in International Cobalt Corp. becoming a significant shareholder with approximately 14.74% ownership. The debt settlement aims to conserve cash for Tantalex’s working capital needs and has slightly diluted the stake of another major shareholder, AfriMet Resources AG, without any action on their part.
