Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has completed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $349,775 through the issue of nearly 10 million common shares at $0.035 each, with significant participation from director Simon Collins. The proceeds are earmarked for the enhancement of the TiTan tin and tantalum plant and general corporate purposes, while adhering to exemptions from certain minority shareholder protections.
