Tamboran Resources Corporation is set to hold a special virtual stockholders meeting on June 16, 2024, with a packed agenda including the ratification of new shares and approval of various equity plans. Stockholders will vote on issuing over 180 million CDIs, a new 2024 Equity Award Plan, and the issuance of up to 15 million new shares, among other proposals. The meeting will be chaired by Non-Executive Director Dick Stoneburner, with voting rights restricted to stockholders of record as of the specified record date.
