Tamawood Limited Director Lev Mizikovsky has altered his stake in the company with a recent acquisition of shares through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, significantly increasing both his direct and indirect holdings. The transaction, valued at over $2.35 million, resulted in Mizikovsky now holding a total of 37,413 direct and 22,346,444 indirect ordinary shares. There were no disposals of securities, and the changes did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
