Tam Jai International Co. Ltd. has announced the unaudited financial results of its controlling shareholder, Toridoll Holdings Corporation, for the period ending 30 June 2024. Although prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the results of Toridoll Japan, which owns about 74.26% of Tam Jai, are not directly comparable to the Hong Kong-listed company’s financials due to different accounting treatments for intra-group transactions. Moreover, the reported forward-looking financial estimates for Toridoll Japan’s overseas business, which includes Tam Jai, are subject to significant risks and uncertainties.
