TALIUS GROUP LIMITED has announced the issue of 1.5 million new ordinary fully paid shares, scheduled for quotation on May 2, 2024. These shares result from the conversion of rights issued to a contractor as part of a remuneration package under the company’s Performance Rights Plan, which was approved by shareholders in May 2021.
