Takeda Pharmaceutical Company has announced corrections to its previously filed consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024. The adjustments pertain to the reconciliation tables and do not affect the reported and core financial results that were published. The corrected figures address discrepancies in the income tax and net profit attributable to owners of the company within the financial appendix.
