Taizhou Water Group Co., Ltd. has announced new framework agreements for the provision of municipal and raw water supply services with Yuhuan Water Supply, Wenling Water Supply, and Huangyan Urban and Rural Water Supply, set to commence from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2027. These agreements are significant as they involve connected transactions with subsidiaries in which the company holds considerable interests. The terms of the agreements have been deemed fair and reasonable by the independent non-executive Directors, adhering to the reporting, announcement, and annual review requirements of the Listing Rules.
