Tai United Holdings Limited has announced their Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 31 October 2024, where they will discuss and potentially adopt the company’s audited financial statements and director reports for the year ended 31 December 2023. The meeting will also include the re-election of various executive and non-executive directors, and the appointment of KTC Partners CPA Limited as company auditors. Moreover, the company will seek approval for the repurchase of up to 10% of its shares, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
