TAAT® Global Alternatives Inc. has provided an update regarding a management cease trade order (MCTO) issued due to a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2024. The company is progressing with its audit and plans to update stakeholders on the timing of its filings by mid-April 2025. During the MCTO, the general public can still trade the company’s shares, but the CEO and CFO are restricted from trading. TAAT® intends to comply with regulatory requirements and continue issuing bi-weekly status reports until the default is resolved.
