SysGroup (GB:SYS) has released an update.
SysGroup PLC has successfully raised £11.3 million through various fundraising initiatives, including a retail offer which alone contributed £0.3 million by offering shares at 33 pence each. The funds were raised in anticipation of the company’s new ordinary shares being admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with trading expected to start from 26 June 2024. This financial move is set to bolster SysGroup’s efforts in advancing its cloud, data, and security services, which are essential for AI and ML transformations.
