SysGroup PLC has announced a retail offer to its existing UK shareholders, aiming to raise up to £0.5 million by issuing new ordinary shares at a discounted price. This initiative is part of a larger fundraising strategy that includes a separate Placing and Subscription, but the retail offer stands independent and is subject to certain conditions and approvals. Investors can participate through authorized intermediaries with the offer opening on June 7, 2024, and expected to close on June 13, 2024.
