SysGroup PLC, a specialist in cloud, data, and security services to support AI and ML transformation, has announced a fundraising initiative to raise approximately £10 million to fund internal transformation, provide working capital, and explore M&A opportunities. The fundraising includes a mix of a conditional Placing and Subscription, along with a Retail Offer aiming to raise an additional £0.5 million. The funds will support the company’s strategic efforts to offer integrated technology solutions that meet the growing demand for AI/ML adoption in SMEs.
