Syrah Resources Welcomes New Company Secretary

Syrah Resources (AU:SYR) has released an update.

Syrah Resources Limited announces the appointment of Mr. Stefan Ross as the new Company Secretary effective from August 7, 2024. With over a decade of experience in secretarial services for ASX-listed companies, Ross’s role will include managing compliance, governance, and shareholder relations. He succeeds Ms. Melanie Leydin, who will assist in the transition and has received thanks from the Board for her service.
