Synthomer PLC has announced board changes including the appointment of Peter Hill CBE as the new chair, set to take over from Caroline Johnstone on January 1, 2025. Hill, with a distinguished career in various high-profile companies, will contribute his extensive governance and industry expertise. Additionally, Uwe Halder will join the board as a non-independent director, bringing in-depth knowledge of the global chemicals industry.
