Synlait Milk Limited is convening a Special Meeting for shareholders on July 11, 2024, which can be attended either in person or online. Shareholders who are unable to attend may appoint a proxy or corporate representative to vote on their behalf, with the company’s Chair and other directors available to act as proxies. Voting instructions can be given on the proxy form, with a deadline for proxy submissions set for July 9, 2024.
