Synectics Appoints New Director, Celebrates CBE Honour

Synectics (GB:SNX) has released an update.

Synectics PLC, a company specializing in advanced security and surveillance systems, has announced the appointment of Jon Kempster as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee starting from 1 July 2024. Kempster brings over two decades of directorial experience across various public companies, including executive search, oil and gas, and delivery solutions. Additionally, Synectics celebrates Non-Executive Director Dr Alison Vincent, who was recently honored with a CBE for her contributions to Engineering and Technology.
